Two: gunfight on locust street Our second course is from the research of Don Paine regarding a murder case in Knoxville. Murder, infidelity, and fascinating Tennessee legal history. Presented by Don Paine.
Course Three: Hypotheticals
in Ethics In which the hopes and dreams of three people to build a business empire are, in turn, brought to a lawyer, shaped and nurtured by able counsel, plunged into conflict and dispute, and dashed upon the rocks of business reality. And in which the lawyer gets caught smack dab in the middle of the wreckage....
