Two: Daisy Root's Trial Our second course is from the research of Don Paine regarding a murder case in Memphis. Fascinating Tennessee legal history presented by Don Paine.
Course Three: Hypotheticals
in Ethics In which hard charging trial lawyer, Sarah Darrow, on behalf of her wronged client, vigorously pursues knock-off artists and website poachers, with the aid of her talented and trusted private eye, Pauli Drake, only to stumble against the edges of technology and the law, misrepresentation, and the need to know and trust those with whom you work.
