A 2 minute demo will stream in the same quality and manner as the one hour seminars. If you experience lagging or repeated stops in the media, your connection is not fast enough. We have tried to optimize the media to play on the majority of connections.

Audio -- Streaming Media for Broadband
Choose this if your connection is broadband,
i.e. cable, isdn, dsl and all fast speed internet connections.

Audio -- Streaming Media for Dialup
This choice is the most trouble free.
 Especially for dialup and slow connections.
